Position: Team Leader – Institutional Performance Review & Reform Strategy
Location: Zimbabwe (Short-Term Consultancy)
Duration: 5 Staff Months (Intermittent over 5 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall assignment and multidisciplinary consulting team.
- Provide strategic direction for the institutional performance review and reform strategy.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations with Government, UDCORP, SERA, AfDB and other stakeholders.
- Oversee governance, financial, legal, organizational and technical assessments.
- Ensure quality assurance of all project deliverables.
- Prepare inception, assessment and final reform strategy reports.
- Present findings during workshops and validation meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Corporate Governance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in institutional reforms, governance, public sector performance reviews or corporate restructuring.
- Experience leading at least five similar assignments.
- Experience with AfDB, World Bank or other MDB-funded projects is preferred.
