Stephen is an internationally recognized consultant and technical expert with extensive experience in large-scale construction, resource management, mining, contaminated water and land remediation, waste management, environmental impact assessments (EIA), agricultural water projects, dam utilization, and pollution control studies.

As a Principal Advisor – Hydrogeology, he brings deep expertise in groundwater management, hydrological modeling, and sustainable water solutions. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping environmental and water legislation, contract preparation, tender evaluations, and technical troubleshooting—particularly in challenging environments such as ocean islands and dense urban infrastructure.

He has played a pivotal role in designing and managing M&E and research frameworks across various social development sectors.

His expertise spans Women and Children's Health, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, Infectious Diseases (HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Hepatitis, Covid-19), Non-Communicable Diseases (Cancer, Diabetes), and health system strengthening, including financing, workforce development, and mobile health interventions. Beyond health, he has contributed to education, poverty alleviation, social protection, women's empowerment, livelihoods, and WASH.

Yuvrajan has led over 40 evaluations, including baseline, mid-term, and end-term assessments, randomized controlled trials, and patient behavior studies. His technical expertise includes analytics tools like SAS, STATA, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, NVivo, and Atlas.ti.
